GAC Group shines at the Macau Auto Show for 10 consecutive years

On October 30, the three-day 10th China (Macau) International Automobile Expo (Macao) in 2020 officially opened at the Venetian Macao Cotai Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 200 well-known automobile brands and industrial enterprises, representative offices, and industry alliances from more than 20 countries and regions participated in the exhibition.  Many leaders attended the opening ceremony, including Zeng Qinghong, chairman of GAC Group, and Gao Rui, deputy general manager of GAC Group, attended the event on behalf of GAC Group.

At the Expo, GAC Group brought the GN8, GA8, GA6, GS8, GS4, GS3 and New Energy Aion V and Aion LX eight flagship models to their debut, attracting the attention and admiration of the media and attendees.

Ten years of participation: strength to write a new "legend" for independent brands

Macau is an important platform for China and Portuguese-speaking countries to strengthen business cooperation. After ten years of development, the Macau Auto Show has become a new window for China's auto industry and China's independent brand cars to face the world. After the opening ceremony, Zhao Shitang, deputy secretary-general of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, conducted an on-site tour. During this period, he came to the GAC Group's booth to visit and learn and actively asked about GAC Group's own brands' development.

After listening to the detailed introduction by Zeng Qinghong, chairman of GAC Group, Zhao positively affirmed GAC Group's innovative strength and ingenuity. He tested various models and went to the GN8 for a firsthand experience. Zhao was full of praise for the development model of GAC Group's world-class intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
